Equipment manufacturers and operators of distributed assets face the same question: what is happening to machines they cannot see? Without remote visibility, service teams travel to diagnose problems they could have understood from a desk, and uptime commitments rest on incomplete information.

We build remote equipment management platforms that connect installed machines securely, surface their health and usage, support remote diagnostics and configuration under defined controls, and feed service, warranty and product engineering workflows with reliable field data.

ビジネスでの活用領域

  1. 01

    Remote diagnostics for service teams

Give technicians access to live and historical equipment data, fault codes and event logs before dispatch, so they arrive on site with the right parts and an informed hypothesis.

  2. 02

    Usage-based service and contracts

Capture operating hours, cycles and load profiles to support usage-based maintenance schedules, service contracts and equipment-as-a-service business models, all backed by auditable usage records that both parties can verify.

  3. 03

    Controlled configuration and firmware updates

Push configuration changes and firmware updates to installed equipment through staged, approved workflows with verification and rollback, keeping every change traceable and under the owner's control.

  4. 04

    Field feedback for product engineering

Aggregate anonymized performance and failure data across the installed base, giving product engineers evidence about real operating conditions to inform design improvements and future product generations.

エンジニアリングアプローチ

  1. 01

    Map the installed base

We document equipment models, controllers, connectivity options and customer network constraints, recognizing that equipment at customer sites must respect those customers' IT and security policies.

  2. 02

    Design secure connectivity

Equipment connects outbound through cellular or customer networks using certificate-based identity and encrypted transport, with no inbound ports required at customer sites.

  3. 03

    Define remote-action guardrails

Each remote action, from reading data to changing parameters or updating firmware, is classified by risk, with permissions, approvals and on-site confirmation requirements set accordingly.

  4. 04

    Build service-facing applications

Fleet views, equipment detail pages, alerting and case integration are designed with service engineers and connected to the CRM and field service systems they already use.

  5. 05

Roll out across the installed base

Connectivity kits, onboarding procedures and customer communication are piloted with a small group first, and the process is refined with each subsequent deployment wave.

経営層からのよくある質問

How do you connect equipment located on customer networks?

We favor outbound-only connections, often over cellular to avoid depending on customer IT, or through customer networks with their security team's approval. No inbound ports are opened, credentials are unique per device, and data handling is documented so customers can review it during procurement.

Can technicians control equipment remotely?

Only within limits defined by you and, where relevant, your customers. Remote reading is low risk; parameter changes and firmware updates require explicit permissions, approval workflows and verification. Actions that could create safety hazards are typically restricted to on-site personnel or require local confirmation.

Who owns the equipment data?

Data ownership is a contractual and policy matter between you and your customers, and we do not presume the answer. We implement the model you choose, whether that involves customer-visible data, tenant separation, consent controls or export capabilities, and make it technically enforceable.
