SCADA連携

SCADAや制御システムのデータを、読み取り中心の安全な方法で企業の分析基盤と連携します。ネットワークを分離し、データフローを統制し、プラント側が承認した変更のみを実施します。

概要

SCADA systems exist to keep physical processes safe and stable. Integrating them with enterprise software can unlock valuable visibility, but a careless connection can introduce cyber risk, load controllers or, in the worst case, affect the process itself. We treat that asymmetry as the starting point of every engagement.

Our SCADA integration work is read-mostly by design. Data leaves the control network through segmented, monitored paths into historians, time-series platforms and analytics. Write-back to setpoints or equipment is excluded unless plant engineering has reviewed and approved it, with safeguards they define.

SCADA work is performed under the direction of the client's plant engineering and safety teams. Integrations default to read-only; any write-back to control systems requires documented plant engineering approval, and safety-instrumented systems remain out of scope.

ビジネスでの活用領域

  1. 01

    Enterprise visibility of process data

Make tag values, alarms and equipment states available to operations managers, engineers and analysts outside the control room through replicated data, never through direct access to SCADA servers.

  2. 02

    Multi-site operational views

Aggregate data from SCADA systems at distributed sites such as pumping stations, substations and plants into a consolidated view that supports regional operations without connecting the sites to each other.

  3. 03

    Alarm analysis and rationalization support

Extract alarm and event histories to identify chattering, stale and flood conditions, giving operations teams objective evidence for alarm-management and rationalization reviews aligned with ISA-18.2 practices.

  4. 04

Historian, analytics and digital twin feeds

Connect SCADA and historian data, including AVEVA PI, to cloud analytics, reporting and digital twin models, preserving tag context and quality flags so downstream users understand how reliable each value is.

エンジニアリングアプローチ

  1. 01

    Establish safety and ownership boundaries

Before any technical work, we agree with plant engineering and safety owners which systems are in scope, who approves changes and which actions are categorically excluded.

  2. 02

    Assess architecture and risk

We review SCADA topology, network segmentation, historians and remote access paths, identify risks, and define the zones and conduits through which data may flow.

  3. 03

    Design read-only data paths

Data is replicated outward through an industrial DMZ, typically from the historian or an OPC UA server, using outbound-only connections and, where the risk warrants it, unidirectional gateways.

  4. 04

    Validate outside production

Integrations are tested against simulators, test systems or replicated data before touching production, confirming load, timing and failure behavior with the site's controls engineers.

  5. 05

    Commission under change control

Production deployment follows the site's management-of-change procedures, with rollback plans, monitoring and documented sign-off from plant engineering at each stage.

経営層からのよくある質問

Will you write data back to our SCADA system?

Not by default. Our integrations are read-only unless plant engineering explicitly requests and approves a write path. When write-back is approved, it is narrow in scope, routed through the control system's own interlocks and validation, logged, reversible and designed with your controls engineers. Safety-instrumented systems are always out of scope.

Will integration affect SCADA performance?

It should not, and we design to make sure of that. We read from historians or dedicated OPC UA servers rather than polling controllers directly, agree polling rates with controls engineers and test load outside production. If a source cannot support additional reads safely, we choose a different source.

Do you replace our SCADA vendor or system integrator?

No. We complement them. Your SCADA vendor and controls integrator remain responsible for the control system itself. Our focus is getting data safely out of the control environment and into enterprise analytics and applications, coordinating with those partners throughout the work.
