Off-the-shelf software handles the common case well. The processes that distinguish a business, such as its pricing logic, approval chains, scheduling rules and compliance workflows, are rarely common. Forcing them into generic tools produces workarounds, spreadsheets and manual reconciliation that quietly tax every team.

We build custom enterprise applications around the domain itself. Using domain-driven design, a modular architecture and explicit integration contracts, we deliver systems that reflect real operating rules, connect cleanly to ERP, CRM and identity platforms, and can be extended as the business changes.

ビジネスでの活用領域

  1. 01

    Operational workflow systems

Applications that model approvals, case handling, scheduling and exception paths as explicit states and rules, replacing email chains and spreadsheets with auditable workflows that operations leaders can see and adjust.

  2. 02

    Domain-specific back-office platforms

Systems for pricing, contract management, inventory allocation or claims processing, where the business logic is the competitive asset and needs to be expressed precisely in code rather than approximated in configuration.

  3. 03

    Internal tools and line-of-business portals

Role-based portals for field teams, partners and back-office staff, built on a shared component library and connected to existing systems of record through governed, versioned APIs.

  4. 04

    Decision-support applications

Applications that bring operational data, rules engines and analytics together so planners and managers can compare options, run scenarios and act on current information instead of last month's report.

エンジニアリングアプローチ

  1. 01

    Domain discovery

We work with the people who run the process to map events, decisions, policies and edge cases, producing a shared domain model and a prioritized set of capabilities.

  2. 02

    Architecture and boundaries

We define bounded contexts, data ownership and integration contracts, choosing between a modular monolith and services based on team structure and change patterns, and record each decision.

  3. 03

    Incremental delivery

Capabilities ship in thin vertical slices behind feature flags, each one tested, deployed and reviewed with users, so the system earns trust early and direction can change cheaply.

  4. 04

    Integration and data migration

We connect to systems of record through versioned APIs or event streams, and migrate historical data with reconciliation checks that confirm counts, balances and relationships before cutover.

  5. 05

    Hardening and handover

Before launch we add load testing, security review, observability dashboards and runbooks, then transfer ownership through pairing, documentation and an agreed support model.

経営層からのよくある質問

When does custom software make more sense than configuring a packaged product?

When the process is a source of differentiation, when a packaged tool would need heavy customization that breaks on every upgrade, or when several products would have to be stitched together to cover one workflow. Where a packaged product fits well, we will say so and focus custom work on the gaps around it.

Will our own team be able to maintain the software after handover?

That is a design goal from the first sprint. We use conventional, well-supported frameworks, keep architecture decisions documented, and leave automated tests and onboarding guides that explain how the system is built and deployed. Your engineers, or another partner, can take over without having to reverse-engineer intent from the code.

How do you handle requirements that change during the build?

We expect them to. Work is planned in short increments against a prioritized backlog, and each release is reviewed with the people who will use it. Architectural choices such as clear module boundaries and feature flags are made specifically so that late changes stay local rather than rippling through the system.
