A customer portal is often the most visible piece of enterprise software a company operates, and the one most exposed to the complexity behind it. Accounts, contracts, entitlements, orders, tickets and documents live in different systems, and the portal must present them accurately to the right person.
We engineer customer and partner portals with identity and authorization at the core: single sign-on through OIDC, account hierarchies, fine-grained entitlements and audited actions. On that foundation we build self-service workflows that reduce support load and give customers clear answers.
ビジネスでの活用領域
- 01
Account and service self-service
Let customers view contracts, usage, invoices, orders and service status, update their details and raise requests without calling support, with data drawn live from authoritative systems.
- 02
B2B partner and dealer portals
Give distributors, dealers and resellers controlled access to pricing, inventory, marketing assets, deal registration and training, scoped precisely to their agreements, territories and organizational hierarchy.
- 03
Support and case management portals
Connect customers to knowledge bases, case submission and status tracking, integrated with service desk platforms so that agents and customers always see the same history.
- 04
Regulated document and data access
Deliver statements, reports and sensitive documents to authorized users with audit logging, consent records and retention rules appropriate to the obligations of financial, healthcare or utility contexts.
エンジニアリングアプローチ
- 01
Map users, roles and entitlements
We model the organizations, users, roles and contractual entitlements the portal must enforce, including delegated administration and edge cases such as shared accounts.
- 02
Design the identity architecture
Authentication runs on OIDC and SAML through an identity provider, supporting enterprise SSO, multi-factor authentication and lifecycle management, with authorization rules centralized and testable.
- 03
Integrate systems of record
Portal services draw from CRM, billing, ERP and support systems through APIs, with caching and failure handling so one slow system does not break the whole experience.
- 04
Design self-service journeys
The most frequent support requests are redesigned as self-service journeys, tested with customers and measured after launch to confirm they actually resolve the need.
- 05
Secure and verify
Threat modeling, authorization tests, coordination of penetration testing and audit logging are built into delivery, so access control is verified rather than assumed.

経営層からのよくある質問
Can customers sign in with their own corporate accounts?
Yes. Enterprise customers can sign in through their own identity providers using OIDC or SAML federation, while smaller customers use standard accounts with multi-factor authentication. We design account linking and just-in-time provisioning so both models coexist cleanly within the same portal.
How do you prevent customers from seeing each other's data?
Authorization is enforced on the server for every request, based on a central entitlement model rather than interface logic. We write automated tests for cross-tenant access, review authorization paths during code review, and support independent penetration testing before launch and after significant changes.
Should we use our CRM vendor's portal product instead?
Sometimes that is the right call, particularly when the portal mostly exposes CRM data. Custom portals make sense when experiences span several systems, require specialized workflows or need a distinct brand and performance profile. We assess both paths with you before recommending a build.
