概要
Representing a real-world asset on a blockchain is mostly a legal and operational problem with a technical core. A token is only as meaningful as the legal structure behind it, the registry it reflects and the controls that govern who may hold it.
We engineer that technical core in close coordination with the client's legal and compliance advisers: permissioned token contracts, identity and eligibility checks, corporate-action handling, and integration with transfer agents, custodians and existing registries.

Can you tell us whether our token is a security?
No. That determination depends on jurisdiction, structure and facts that only qualified legal counsel can assess. We work alongside your counsel, implement the transfer restrictions and controls they define, and document the technical design so it can be reviewed against their conclusions.
What happens if the token and the legal record disagree?
The legal record typically governs, which is why reconciliation is central to our designs. We build regular checks between on-chain supply and the authoritative registry, alert on any break, and give administrators controlled tools to correct on-chain state under documented procedures.
Can tokenized assets move freely on public blockchains?
Only within the rules the issuer sets. With permissioned standards such as ERC-3643, every transfer is checked against identity and eligibility claims, so tokens can live on a public network while transfers remain limited to approved holders.
