Operational Intelligence
Operational intelligence platforms that combine telemetry, transactions and context into live views, alerts and analytics for the people running fleets, plants and networks.
Overview
Operations leaders often hold dozens of reports and still cannot answer simple questions in the moment: where capacity is constrained right now, which sites are drifting, what changed since yesterday. The information exists, but it is split across telemetry, ERP, ticketing and spreadsheets.
We build operational intelligence platforms that join these sources into a coherent, near-real-time picture. Streaming pipelines, a shared operational data model, and dashboards and alerts designed around specific decisions help teams see exceptions early and understand their causes.
Business applications
- 01
Live operations control rooms
Consolidate fleet, site and network status into control-room views that highlight exceptions, with drill-down from regional summaries to individual assets and the events behind each alert.
- 02
Service-level and performance tracking
Measure delivery windows, response times, availability or throughput against commitments as events happen, so teams can intervene before a missed target turns into a customer escalation.
- 03
Cross-system root-cause analysis
Correlate telemetry with maintenance records, weather, staffing and order data, helping analysts trace operational problems to causes that no single system reveals on its own.
- 04
Partner and network visibility
Share scoped, live operational views with partners, contractors and customers, replacing status emails and phone calls with one consistent, permissioned view of the shared operation.
Engineering approach
- 01
Identify the decisions that matter
With operations leaders, we list the recurring decisions, their timing and the information each one requires, and let that list drive data and interface priorities.
- 02
Unify data into an operational model
Telemetry, transactions and reference data are joined in a shared model of assets, sites, orders and events, with a clear definition behind every metric.
- 03
Engineer streaming and batch pipelines
Kafka-based streaming carries live signals while batch pipelines handle slower sources, and data freshness is tracked so users always know how current a number is.
- 04
Design views around exceptions
Dashboards lead with what needs attention rather than every available chart, and alerts carry enough context for the recipient to act without opening five other tools.
- 05
Embed into the operating rhythm
Views are aligned with daily meetings, shift handovers and periodic reviews, and metrics are refined as teams identify what is missing or misleading.

Questions leaders ask
How is operational intelligence different from business intelligence?
Business intelligence typically explains what happened over weeks or months. Operational intelligence focuses on what is happening now and what needs attention, using streaming data and alerts. The two should share definitions and data, and we design them to stay consistent rather than produce competing numbers.
Can you work with our existing BI tools?
Yes. If your organization uses Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, we can feed them from the same governed data model. Real-time control-room views sometimes need purpose-built interfaces, but analysis and reporting can remain in the tools your teams already know.
How real-time does it need to be?
It depends on the decision. A dispatcher may need vehicle positions that are seconds old, while a site manager may be well served by fifteen-minute aggregates. We match freshness to each use case, because unnecessary real-time processing adds cost and complexity without improving decisions.
