How we engage
iQsolutions works with Brazilian organisations remotely, as the engineering brand of iQmindset Corporation, a US company. Engagements run on shared repositories, written decisions and frequent working sessions, with communication channels and escalation paths agreed at the start.
São Paulo time is one to two hours ahead of US Eastern time, depending on the US daylight-saving season, which gives a near full-day overlap for workshops, reviews and pairing sessions.
Engagements are conducted in English, and we plan for Brazilian Portuguese interfaces, content and documentation where products require them. We design with the LGPD in view, including legal bases, data subject rights and international transfers, and agree data residency and retention with your team early.
