Industrie 4.0 and Mittelstand modernization, engineered with care

For German manufacturers and mid-sized enterprises, iQsolutions engineers industrial connectivity, incremental modernization and privacy-first AI, respecting proven processes while opening them to data and automation.

Focus areas are positioning priorities for this market. They do not describe existing local clients, offices or partnerships.

Focus areas

  1. 01

    Industrie 4.0 systems

Connecting machines, sensors and production systems to analytics and intelligent automation through industrial IoT, SCADA integration and edge computing, using OPC UA and MQTT-based architectures that respect the reliability demands of the shop floor.

  2. 02

    Mittelstand modernization

Incremental modernization of long-lived ERP-adjacent applications, custom software and integrations for mid-sized manufacturers and suppliers, preserving proven processes while opening them to APIs, cloud services and AI-assisted operations.

  3. 03

    Privacy-first AI

AI systems designed around GDPR from the start: data minimization, purpose limitation, EU hosting options, documented processing and human oversight, with attention to EU AI Act obligations as they phase in.

How we engage

iQsolutions works with German organizations remotely, as the engineering brand of iQmindset Corporation, a US company. Engagements are structured, documented and transparent, with shared repositories, written decisions and clear acceptance criteria for every increment.

Germany is typically six hours ahead of US Eastern time. Joint sessions are concentrated in the German afternoon, decisions are confirmed in writing, and asynchronous reviews keep work moving between overlap windows.

Engagements are conducted in English, and we plan for German-language interfaces, documentation and content where products require them. We design with GDPR and the BDSG in view, agree EU data residency where needed, and account for works council involvement when systems touch employee data.
