ERP Solutions

ERP implementation, extension and integration across Odoo, SAP and Dynamics 365, engineered so finance, supply chain and operations work from one reliable record.

Overview

An ERP system is the financial and operational spine of the business, which is why a poorly implemented one is so expensive. Over-customization makes upgrades painful, weak integrations create duplicate data entry, and processes forced into the wrong configuration push teams back to spreadsheets.

We implement, extend and integrate ERP platforms with an engineering mindset. That means configuring standard capabilities first, isolating custom logic in maintainable modules or side-by-side extensions, and connecting the ERP to commerce, CRM, warehouse and banking systems through governed APIs rather than direct database writes.

Business applications

  1. 01

    Mid-market ERP implementation

Odoo implementations covering accounting, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing and sales, configured to standard workflows where possible and extended with custom modules where the business genuinely differs.

  2. 02

    SAP and Dynamics 365 extension

Side-by-side applications and integrations around SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics 365 that add specialized workflows without modifying the core, keeping the upgrade path clean and vendor support intact.

  3. 03

    Order-to-cash and procure-to-pay integration

Connecting commerce platforms, CRM, logistics providers and banks to the ERP so orders, invoices, shipments and payments flow automatically, with reconciliation and clear handling of exceptions.

  4. 04

    Operational reporting and data extraction

Moving ERP data into a warehouse or lakehouse through scheduled loads or change streams, so finance and operations can analyze it without placing load on the transactional system.

Engineering approach

  1. 01

    Process and fit-gap analysis

We map current processes against standard ERP capabilities, classify each gap as configure, extend, integrate or change the process, and agree on the scope that matters for go-live.

  2. 02

    Solution design

Chart of accounts, master data structures, approval rules and integration patterns are designed together, with custom development confined to clearly owned modules or external services.

  3. 03

    Iterative build and configuration

Configuration, extensions and integrations are delivered in iterations and demonstrated with realistic data, so finance and operations users validate behavior well before formal acceptance testing.

  4. 04

    Data migration and rehearsal

Master data and open balances are cleansed, mapped and loaded through repeatable scripts, with several rehearsal migrations reconciled against source systems before the real cutover.

  5. 05

    Cutover and post-go-live support

We plan the cutover step by step, run it with your teams, then stay close through the first period-end close while monitoring integrations, data quality and user adoption.

Questions leaders ask

Which ERP platforms do you work with?

Our engineering work spans Odoo, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle NetSuite. Odoo is a strong fit for many mid-market implementations, while SAP and Dynamics 365 work more often centers on integration and side-by-side extension. We recommend a platform only after understanding your processes, scale, existing licenses and the ecosystem your partners use.

How do you keep customizations from blocking future upgrades?

By treating the ERP core as something we do not modify. Requirements are met through configuration first, then through extension points the vendor supports, and finally through external services connected by APIs. Each customization is documented with its reason and owner, which makes the impact of future upgrades far easier to assess.

Can you integrate an ERP we already run instead of replacing it?

Yes, and that is often the right call. Many organizations gain more from connecting their existing ERP properly to commerce, CRM, warehouse and reporting systems than from a replacement project. We assess available APIs, integration options and data quality, then design an integration layer that removes manual work without destabilizing the core.
