UX/UI pour l’entreprise
Conception et développement d’interfaces pour les applications d’entreprise internes et B2B : données denses, processus complexes, accès selon les rôles et utilisateurs experts.
Vue d’ensemble
Enterprise applications pose different design problems from consumer apps. Users are experts who spend whole shifts in the tool, screens carry dense data, workflows span permissions and approvals, and consistency across dozens of modules matters more than any single screen.
We design and engineer enterprise interfaces that respect that reality: efficient keyboard-driven workflows, data tables that scale, clear role-based views, and a component system that keeps a large application coherent as multiple teams contribute to it over time.
Applications métier
- 01
Operations and back-office consoles
Design consoles for case handling, order management, scheduling or reconciliation, where users process high volumes of records and need speed, bulk actions and clear status at a glance.
- 02
Legacy interface modernization
Replace aging desktop or server-rendered interfaces with modern web applications, preserving the workflows and shortcuts experienced users rely on while removing years of accumulated friction.
- 03
Configuration and administration tools
Make complex configuration, such as pricing rules, permissions, workflows and integrations, understandable and safe, with previews, validation and audit history that prevent costly configuration errors.
- 04
AI-assisted enterprise workflows
Bring AI suggestions, summaries and agents into existing workflows with clear provenance, review steps and override controls, so people remain accountable for the decisions the system supports.
Approche d’ingénierie
- 01
Study expert workflows
We observe users in their working context, measuring where time goes and which tasks are frequent, critical or error-prone before redesigning anything.
- 02
Define the information architecture
Navigation, object models and role-based views are structured around how the organization works, not around how the database or legacy menus happen to be organized.
- 03
Design patterns for density
Data tables, filters, forms, bulk actions and detail panels become reusable patterns that handle large datasets, long labels and complex validation gracefully.
- 04
Engineer for performance
Interfaces use virtualization, efficient data fetching and optimistic updates where appropriate, keeping responsiveness acceptable on large records and modest corporate hardware.
- 05
Roll out with users
New interfaces are introduced in stages with feedback loops, training material and, where needed, parallel access to the old system to protect business continuity.

Les questions des dirigeants
Our users resist interface changes. How do you handle that?
Resistance is often rational, because experts have invested in learning the current tool. We involve them early, preserve efficient patterns and shortcuts, make changes visible and reversible during the transition, and measure task completion so improvements are demonstrated rather than asserted.
Can you modernize the interface without rebuilding the backend?
Often, yes. A new front end can sit on existing services through an API layer or a backend-for-frontend, so the interface improves while backend modernization proceeds on its own schedule. We assess whether current APIs can support the new experience and surface any gaps early.
Do you work with our in-house developers?
Yes, and we prefer to. We can build alongside your engineers, contribute to your repositories under your standards, and leave behind components, documentation and practices your team owns. Knowledge transfer is planned into the engagement from the start rather than left until the end.
