01
Discover, Architect, Engineer, Integrate, Evolve
Our delivery model gives every engagement a shared vocabulary. The phases overlap in practice, but each has a distinct purpose and a clear definition of done.
- 01
Discover
Understand the business outcome, users, constraints, data and existing systems. Test assumptions early and agree how success will be measured.
- 02
Architect
Design the target architecture, integration points, security model and delivery plan, and record significant decisions with the alternatives considered.
- 03
Engineer
Build in short, demonstrable increments, with automated testing, code review and continuous integration in place from the first iteration.
- 04
Integrate
Connect the solution to the systems, data and identity providers it depends on, and prove it under realistic conditions before release.
- 05
Evolve
Operate, observe and improve. Use production evidence to refine models, workflows and features, and to plan the next increment.
02
Engagement models
We shape each engagement around the problem rather than forcing the problem into a fixed package.
- 01
Discovery and architecture
A focused engagement to clarify the opportunity, assess current systems and produce an architecture and delivery plan you can act on, with or without us.
- 02
Product and platform delivery
An accountable team that designs, builds and launches a defined product, platform or integration, with scope managed through prioritized increments.
- 03
Embedded engineering partnership
Senior engineers working alongside your teams over a longer horizon, contributing architecture, delivery capacity and engineering practices.
- 04
Applied research and prototyping
Time-boxed exploration of an emerging technology or AI approach, ending with evidence and a clear recommendation.
03
Governance and communication
Every engagement has a named accountable lead on each side, an agreed decision process and a predictable rhythm of communication. We work remote-first and organize collaboration across time zones, reserving overlap windows for decisions and relying on asynchronous updates to carry work forward between them.
Progress is visible by default: shared backlogs, written status updates, recorded demonstrations and a risk log that is reviewed openly rather than surfaced at the end.
04
Quality gates
Quality is enforced at defined points rather than assumed. Work does not advance until the gate in front of it has been met and recorded.
- 01
Architecture review
Significant designs are reviewed against requirements, security and operability before implementation begins.
- 02
Definition of done
Code is reviewed, tested, documented and passing automated checks before it counts as complete.
- 03
Release readiness
Security checks, performance expectations, rollback plans and monitoring are confirmed before a production release.
- 04
Post-release review
Production behavior is compared with expectations, and the findings feed the next increment.
Parlez-nous de ce que vous construisez.
Présentez-nous le défi, le contexte et le résultat attendu. Un ingénieur — et non un argumentaire commercial — l’étudiera et vous proposera des prochaines étapes réfléchies.
