01

What we value

We value engineers, designers and researchers who care about outcomes as much as code, who explain their reasoning clearly, and who are comfortable saying what they do not yet know.

  1. 01

    Judgment

Choosing the simplest approach that will hold up in production, and recognizing when something more is needed.

  2. 02

    Craft

Taking pride in readable code, sound architecture, thorough tests and useful documentation.

  3. 03

    Candor

Raising risks early, describing progress honestly and disagreeing respectfully.

  4. 04

    Curiosity

Learning new domains, from telematics to digital assets, and new technologies with discipline.

02

How we work

Our work is remote-first, with collaboration organized across time zones. We rely on clear writing, shared repositories, recorded decisions and well-run live sessions where they add value. People own meaningful parts of the systems they work on and are trusted to make decisions within them.

Engineering practices such as code review, automated testing, architecture decision records and observability are part of everyday work, not optional extras.

03

Expressing interest

We do not advertise specific openings here. If you would like to be considered as opportunities arise, contact us through the contact page with a short note about the kind of work you do, the systems you have built or contributed to, and links to work you can share.

We review expressions of interest and reach out when there is a potential fit.
