As products and teams multiply, interfaces drift. Buttons gain variants, spacing becomes arbitrary, accessibility fixes land in one place and are missed in ten others, and new features reinvent patterns that already exist elsewhere in the codebase.
We build design systems that close the gap between design and code: tokens as the shared source of truth, Figma libraries mirrored by tested components in Storybook, accessibility verified at the component level, and governance that lets the system evolve with the products it serves.
تطبيقات الأعمال
- 01
Unifying a product portfolio
Bring several products, often built by different teams or inherited through acquisition, onto shared foundations so customers experience one coherent brand and a single, predictable interaction model.
- 02
Multi-brand and white-label theming
Use layered design tokens to support several brands or customer-specific themes from one component library, without forking the codebase or duplicating components for each visual identity.
- 03
Faster, more consistent feature delivery
Give product teams documented, accessible building blocks, so their effort goes into product logic instead of rebuilding forms, tables and navigation for every new feature.
- 04
Accessibility at scale
Build WCAG 2.2 AA requirements into components once, so that keyboard behavior, focus management and semantics are correct wherever teams use them across the product.
النهج الهندسي
- 01
Audit existing interfaces
We inventory components, styles and patterns across products, measuring inconsistency and identifying which elements are used most and cause the most rework.
- 02
Establish design tokens
Color, typography, spacing, radius, elevation and motion are defined as semantically named tokens, synchronized between Figma variables and code through an automated pipeline.
- 03
Build core components
Foundational components are built for accessibility, theming and composition, each with Storybook documentation, visual regression tests and clear usage guidance.
- 04
Pilot with product teams
Early adopter teams use the system on real features, exposing gaps and friction that shape priorities before the system is promoted more widely across the organization.
- 05
Set up governance
Contribution models, versioning, release notes, deprecation policies and ownership are defined, so the system stays maintained after the initial build team moves on.

أسئلة يطرحها القادة
Should we adopt an open-source system like Material or build our own?
Adopting an established system can be sensible, especially for internal tools. A custom system makes sense when brand expression, product-specific patterns or multi-brand theming matter. A common middle path is a branded layer built on accessible headless primitives such as Radix UI, which balances control with speed.
How do you keep Figma and code in sync?
Design tokens are the bridge. Tokens defined once flow into Figma variables and code through an automated pipeline, and components share names, properties and variants across both. Visual regression testing and joint design-engineering reviews catch drift before it reaches users.
Who maintains the design system after launch?
Ideally a small core team inside your organization, supported by contributions from product teams. We help define that operating model, train owners and contributors, and can provide continuing support while internal capability grows. A design system without clear ownership tends to decay quickly.
