SyncVelo brings several mobility products onto a shared foundation. Fleet OS serves fleet operators with real-time tracking, driver safety, fuel and energy insight, and maintenance intelligence. Partner OS gives OEMs, resellers and mobility platforms a white-label telematics business with multi-tenant management. SyncVelo Global follows satellite, sea-route and container shipments, and SyncVelo Go brings live location and crash SOS to individuals and families.
Underneath sits the Atlas GPS Engine, the device connectivity and telemetry core that decodes vendor protocols and maintains device state, and SyncVelo AI, an intelligence layer used across every product. The platform is localized in eight interface languages, including right-to-left layouts, and is designed for regional ingress with optional data residency for storage.
挑戰
Telematics is a heterogeneous domain. Fleets run trackers, OBD units, dashcams, sensors and OEM cloud feeds from many manufacturers, each with its own protocol, reporting cadence and failure modes. Raw positions are noisy, devices go silent, and GPS signals can be jammed or spoofed, yet operators expect a dependable picture of every vehicle, asset and shipment.
The commercial model adds a second dimension. Dealers and partners need to register, install, validate and activate devices for their own customers, with billing that starts only after verified activation, while each tenant's data stays isolated at the API, database, cache, stream and AI layers. AI features had to be useful without acting on vehicles or data beyond what a person has approved.

使用者體驗
Each audience gets an interface shaped to its job. Dispatchers and fleet managers work from live maps, alerts and reports; drivers use a companion app for jobs, coaching and hands-free help; dealers follow a six-step flow from registration to operation; and developers start in a sandbox with test data and simulated devices.
A fleet copilot answers plain-language questions about positions, trips, costs and reports with evidence-backed charts, and route optimization produces assignments for dispatcher approval. Approval-based actions run only after a person approves them, every action is logged with tool traces and model version, and safety rules block commands such as immobilization while a vehicle is moving.
關鍵工程能力
- 01
Device connectivity at scale
The Atlas GPS Engine accepts devices over TCP, UDP and HTTP, decodes more than 200 GPS protocols, validates and normalizes coordinates and timestamps, and tags data quality. Regional ingress, protocol pools and back-pressure keep processing stable under bursty, high-frequency telemetry.
- 02
Driver safety and video intelligence
DriveIQ scores speeding, harsh events, distraction, fatigue and eco-driving, with coaching and risk forecasts. Vision AI dashcams detect distraction, drowsiness, tailgating and near-misses, while crash detection alerts emergency contacts and reconstructs the moments around an impact.
- 03
Predictive maintenance and energy
Fault codes are explained in plain language, failures are forecast and service due dates are tracked. Fuel-theft detection, EV range and charging intelligence, and CO₂ reporting give operators a working view of cost and sustainability across mixed fleets.
- 04
Asset security and signal integrity
Guardian security AI detects theft, towing, tampering and GNSS jamming, with a dedicated recovery mode. Signal integrity checks guard against GPS spoofing, and device health turns packet rates, GPS quality, SIM state and firmware into early risk signals.
- 05
Partner and dealer operations
Partner OS supports white-label branding, multi-tenant management and flexible commercial models. Dealers move devices through register, inventory, install, validate, activate and operate steps, configure geofences and alerts, assign users and monitor device health, with billing tied to verified activation.
- 06
Developer and enterprise integration
Versioned, scoped REST APIs described with OpenAPI, signed webhooks with replay, and SDKs for TypeScript, Python and Java connect fleet data to ERP, logistics and analytics systems. Contract tests and a schema registry keep integrations compatible as the platform evolves.
