商業問題

The vehicle has become a software platform, but much of the automotive enterprise still operates on product cycles measured in years. Connected vehicles stream telemetry, receive over-the-air updates and interact with mobile apps, charging networks and service systems. Each connection creates a back-end obligation: data ingestion at fleet scale, identity and consent management, campaign orchestration and long-term support for vehicles that remain on the road for many years after launch.

Regulation is tightening around that software. UNECE WP.29 regulations R155 and R156 require cybersecurity and software update management systems, ISO/SAE 21434 shapes cybersecurity engineering, and functional safety under ISO 26262 influences how anything near vehicle control is designed. Dealers and service networks, meanwhile, need diagnostic and customer data to deliver a coherent ownership experience. Automotive leaders need engineering teams who can build cloud and data platforms around vehicles while respecting the industry's safety, security and lifecycle disciplines.

營運挑戰

  1. 01

    Vehicle data at fleet scale

Telemetry from large vehicle populations arrives with varying signal catalogs, firmware versions and connectivity quality. Turning raw signals into dependable, well-defined data products is substantial engineering work that many programs underestimate.

    Connected vehicle cloud

We build ingestion, device identity and command services for vehicle fleets using MQTT and established cloud IoT patterns, with signal normalization aligned to models such as the COVESA Vehicle Signal Specification.

  2. 02

    Software lifecycle and OTA

Over-the-air campaigns must target the right vehicle configurations, respect software dependencies, recover gracefully from interrupted installs and leave an auditable record, consistent with software update management expectations under UNECE R156 and the client's homologation obligations.

    iQsolutions 如何解決

    Clear safety and security boundaries

Cloud and app components are engineered with explicit separation from vehicle control functions, threat modeling informed by ISO/SAE 21434 practices, and documentation that supports the client's own R155 and ISO 26262 processes.

  3. 03

    Cybersecurity across the lifecycle

UNECE R155 and ISO/SAE 21434 call for threat analysis, monitoring and incident response across the vehicle lifecycle, extending security responsibility to the cloud services, apps and APIs that interact with vehicles.

    iQsolutions 如何解決

    Data products, not data dumps

Telemetry is curated into governed data products, such as trip summaries, battery health and diagnostic events, with consent enforcement and clear ownership, so engineering, quality and service teams can rely on it.

  4. 04

    Fragmented ownership journey

Sales, financing, service, connected services and charging are often handled by separate systems and organizations. Owners experience disconnected apps and repeated questions, while OEMs lack a coherent view of the customer and the vehicle.

    iQsolutions 如何解決

    Ecosystem integration

Dealer management, service scheduling, charging networks and financing systems are connected through governed APIs and event streams, creating a consistent ownership journey across OEM, dealer and partner touchpoints without forcing every party onto one system.

智慧自動化契機

Predictive service

Diagnostic trouble codes, usage patterns and component health signals identify vehicles likely to need attention soon, prompting proactive owner outreach and dealer scheduling with parts availability and technician capacity taken into account.

Field quality detection

Analytics across telemetry, warranty claims and technician notes surface emerging issues by component, supplier, build period or software version, giving quality engineers evidence to investigate earlier than claim volumes alone would allow.

OTA campaign orchestration

Campaign tooling segments eligible vehicles, stages rollouts in waves, monitors success and failure telemetry and pauses automatically when error thresholds are reached, keeping engineers in control of each progression and every rollback decision.

Service advisor assistance

Assistants grounded in service manuals, technical service bulletins and individual vehicle history help advisors and technicians diagnose issues and explain repairs to owners in plain language, citing the documents they rely on for each answer.

產品與平台契機

1

Connected services platforms

Subscription features such as remote climate control, location services and consented data sharing for usage-based insurance, built on a consent-aware cloud platform that supports multiple brands, markets and regional privacy rules from one codebase.

2

EV ownership ecosystems

Integrated charging, route planning, home energy and battery health experiences, connected to public charging networks through OCPI and to energy providers, answering the practical questions EV owners ask about range, cost and battery longevity.

3

Dealer and service modernization

Unified dealer platforms that combine vehicle history, connected diagnostics, service scheduling and customer communication, giving dealers and OEMs a shared view of each vehicle's lifecycle and fewer handoffs between disconnected retail and aftersales systems.
