Digital Experience and Product Engineering
Digital Experience Platforms
Composable digital experience platforms: headless CMS, structured content, personalization and multi-channel delivery engineered for editorial teams and developers alike.
Overview
Many organizations run websites and apps on content platforms that make every change slow: templates tied to a monolith, content duplicated across channels, and editors waiting on developers for routine updates. The platform becomes a bottleneck for marketing, product and support teams.
We design and build composable digital experience platforms around a headless CMS such as Sanity, Contentful, Strapi or Payload, with structured content models, modern front-end frameworks and integrations for search, personalization and analytics. Editors gain autonomy, and engineers gain a codebase they can evolve.
Business applications
- 01
Corporate and product websites
Rebuild marketing and product sites on a headless CMS with structured content, reusable components and fast static or edge rendering, giving editors control without sacrificing performance or brand consistency.
- 02
Multi-brand and multi-region publishing
Manage content for several brands, markets and languages from one platform, with shared components, localization workflows and governance that keeps regional teams aligned without slowing them down.
- 03
Documentation and knowledge portals
Deliver product documentation, help centers and knowledge bases from structured content, with search, versioning and content reuse across the public website, in-app help and support channels.
- 04
Omnichannel content delivery
Publish the same structured content to websites, mobile apps, kiosks and partner channels through APIs, so a single editorial update reaches every surface consistently and at the same time.
Engineering approach
- 01
Audit content and workflows
We inventory existing content, templates, editorial roles and publishing workflows, identifying duplication, governance gaps and the tasks editors find hardest today.
- 02
Model content as structured data
Content types, relationships and reusable blocks are modeled around meaning rather than page layout, enabling reuse across channels and future redesigns without painful migrations.
- 03
Select the platform deliberately
Headless CMS options such as Sanity, Contentful, Strapi and Payload are compared against editorial needs, hosting preferences, extensibility, licensing and the team's skills.
- 04
Engineer the front end and integrations
Next.js or a comparable framework delivers fast, accessible pages with live preview, while integrations connect search, analytics, personalization, digital asset management and CRM systems.
- 05
Migrate and enable editors
Content moves through scripted, validated transformations, and editors are trained with documentation tailored to their roles before the platform goes live.

Questions leaders ask
Which headless CMS should we choose?
It depends on editorial complexity, hosting requirements, licensing model and your development team. Sanity and Contentful are hosted platforms with strong editing experiences; Strapi and Payload can be self-hosted with extensive customization. We recommend against documented criteria rather than a default preference.
Will our editors find a headless CMS harder to use?
Not if it is implemented well. Live preview, visual editing where the platform supports it, sensible content structures and role-specific interfaces make headless platforms comfortable for editors. Poorly modeled content is the usual source of frustration, which is why content modeling receives careful attention.
How do you protect search visibility during a platform migration?
We inventory existing URLs, map redirects, preserve metadata and structured data, and validate rendering and performance before launch. After launch, we monitor crawl errors and search console data so issues are corrected quickly. Migration planning treats search visibility as a requirement, not an afterthought.
