Plataformas SaaS multi-inquilino

Arquitetura de plataforma que serve muitos clientes a partir de infraestrutura partilhada, com isolamento rigoroso, configuração por inquilino e eficiência operacional integrada de raiz.

Visão geral

Multi-tenancy is an economic decision and an architectural one at the same time. Sharing infrastructure across customers lowers cost and simplifies operations, but every shared component becomes a potential path for data leakage, noisy-neighbor effects and upgrade conflicts. The isolation model chosen early shapes security, pricing and scale for years.

We design and build multi-tenant platforms with deliberate isolation strategies, whether pooled, siloed or hybrid, enforced at the identity, application, data and infrastructure layers. Tenant context flows through every request, job and event, while onboarding, configuration and observability are automated per tenant.

Aplicações de negócio

  1. 01

    B2B SaaS platforms

Products serving many business customers, each with its own users, roles, data, branding and configuration, running on shared infrastructure with enforced logical separation between tenants.

  2. 02

    Platforms for regulated customers

Hybrid models in which most tenants share pooled resources while customers with residency or compliance requirements receive dedicated databases, encryption keys or regional deployments, all managed from a single codebase and control plane.

  3. 03

    White-label and partner platforms

Platforms resold or operated by partners, with hierarchical tenancy, per-partner theming and custom domains, and delegated administration across partners, their customers and end users, each with appropriately scoped permissions.

  4. 04

    Consolidating single-tenant deployments

Migrating products that run one installation per customer onto a shared multi-tenant architecture, reducing operational overhead and making upgrades consistent across the entire customer base.

Abordagem de engenharia

  1. 01

    Tenancy model design

We evaluate isolation requirements, customer profiles, cost targets and compliance needs to select pooled, siloed or tiered models, and document how tenants are placed and moved.

  2. 02

    Tenant-aware foundations

Identity, request context, authorization and data access are built so tenant scope is resolved once and enforced everywhere, including background jobs, caches, search indexes and event streams.

  3. 03

    Data isolation enforcement

We apply PostgreSQL row-level security, schema-per-tenant or database-per-tenant patterns as appropriate, and add automated tests that attempt cross-tenant access on every build.

  4. 04

    Automated tenant lifecycle

Provisioning, configuration, plan changes, data export and offboarding run as automated, idempotent workflows, so tenant operations are repeatable and auditable instead of manual.

  5. 05

    Per-tenant observability and fairness

Metrics, logs and traces carry tenant identifiers, while rate limits, quotas and workload isolation protect shared capacity from any single tenant's traffic spikes.

Perguntas frequentes dos líderes

Should every tenant have its own database?

Not necessarily. Database-per-tenant gives strong isolation but raises operational cost as tenant numbers grow. Pooled databases with row-level security scale efficiently but demand rigorous enforcement. Many platforms use a tiered model, pooling most tenants and isolating those with specific compliance or performance needs. We decide based on your customer mix and obligations.

How do you prevent one tenant's data from being exposed to another?

Through layered controls: tenant context derived from authenticated identity rather than client input, enforcement in the database through row-level security or physical separation, scoped caches and search indexes, and automated tests that deliberately attempt cross-tenant reads. Security review and penetration testing complement those controls before launch.

Can we move from single-tenant installations to a multi-tenant platform gradually?

Yes. A common path is to make the codebase tenant-aware first, then migrate customers in cohorts with data validation at each step while legacy installations keep running. The order depends on contract terms, data volumes and customization levels, which we assess before proposing a migration sequence.
