How we engage
iQsolutions works with Colombian organizations remotely, as the engineering brand of iQmindset Corporation, a US company. Engagements run on shared repositories, written decisions and frequent working sessions, with communication channels and escalation paths agreed at the start.
Colombia does not observe daylight saving time; it matches US Eastern time for part of the year and stays within one hour of it otherwise. That gives a full working-day overlap for workshops, reviews and joint problem-solving.
Engagements are conducted in English, and we plan for Latin American Spanish interfaces, content and documentation where products require them. We design with Colombia's personal data protection framework under Law 1581 of 2012 in view and agree data residency and transfer arrangements early.
