개요
Cloud adoption rarely stumbles on the first workload. It struggles later, when dozens of accounts, inconsistent networking, unclear ownership and surprising invoices make every new project slower than the last. The foundation laid early determines whether the cloud accelerates teams or becomes another system to work around.
We design cloud architectures that are secure by default, resilient by design and economical to operate. Landing zones, identity, networking and guardrails are defined in Terraform, workloads are placed on the services that suit them, and reliability and cost are treated as measurable properties of the architecture rather than afterthoughts.
비즈니스 활용 분야
- 01
Cloud foundations and landing zones
Multi-account or multi-subscription structures with centralized identity, network topology, logging, policy guardrails and account vending, giving teams a governed starting point for every new workload.
- 02
Workload architecture and migration
Target architectures for applications moving to the cloud, from rehosting on managed compute to re-platforming onto containers, serverless functions and managed databases, sequenced so each migration wave reduces risk for the next.
- 03
Resilience and disaster recovery
Multi-zone and multi-region designs with defined recovery time and recovery point objectives, automated backups, and recovery procedures that are exercised regularly rather than assumed to work.
- 04
Cost architecture and FinOps
Tagging strategies, cost allocation, rightsizing, commitment planning and architectural changes that make cloud spend visible by product and team and connect it to business value.
엔지니어링 접근 방식
- 01
Assess and baseline
We review current environments, workloads, security posture, spend and team practices against provider well-architected frameworks, and identify the gaps that carry the most risk.
- 02
Design the foundation
Account structure, identity federation, network topology, encryption, logging and policy guardrails are designed together and expressed as reusable, versioned Terraform modules.
- 03
Architect workloads
For each workload we choose compute, data and integration services based on scaling behavior, latency, operational burden and portability needs, recording trade-offs in decision records.
- 04
Validate reliability and security
Architectures are tested with fault injection, recovery drills and automated policy checks, so claims about resilience and compliance are backed by evidence from real exercises.
- 05
Operate and optimize
We establish monitoring, cost reporting and regular architecture reviews, so the design evolves with usage and spending decisions rest on clear data rather than end-of-month surprises.

리더들이 자주 묻는 질문
Do you recommend multi-cloud?
Only when there is a concrete reason, such as regulatory requirements, specific managed services, acquisitions or commercial terms. Running production across several clouds adds operational and skills overhead. More often we recommend a primary provider with portable practices, including containers, Terraform and open standards, which keep future options open without paying the multi-cloud cost today.
Can you help reduce our cloud costs?
We can show where spend comes from and what drives it: idle resources, oversized instances, inefficient data transfer, missing commitments or architectural patterns that scale cost faster than usage. Savings depend on your environment, so findings are presented with their expected effect and trade-offs, and we implement the changes you approve.
How do you approach security in cloud architecture?
Security is built into the foundation: federated identity with least-privilege roles, private networking, encryption with managed keys, centralized logging and preventive guardrails as code. We align controls with references such as the CIS Benchmarks and your own compliance obligations, and make policy checks part of every infrastructure change.
