협업 방식
iQsolutions works with UAE organizations remotely, as the engineering brand of iQmindset Corporation, a US company. Engagements run on shared repositories, written decisions and scheduled working sessions, with communication channels and escalation paths agreed at the start.
The UAE does not observe daylight saving time and sits eight to nine hours ahead of US Eastern time. Overlap is planned in the UAE afternoon and early evening, and schedules are aligned with the Monday-to-Friday working week used by government and many private-sector organizations.
Communication is in English, and we plan for Arabic-language and right-to-left interfaces where products require them. We design with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the DIFC and ADGM data protection regimes in view, and agree data residency and hosting requirements up front.
