Inteligencia artificial

Generative AI draws most of the attention, yet much of the practical value of AI in operations still comes from classical machine learning: forecasting demand, scoring risk, predicting churn and anticipating equipment failure. These models work on structured data organizations already hold, and their behavior can be measured rigorously.

We build predictive systems end to end, from feature pipelines and model training to deployment inside operational systems, so that predictions reach the people and processes that act on them, accompanied by explanations and uncertainty estimates.

Aplicaciones de negocio

  1. 01

    Demand and capacity forecasting

Forecast sales, inventory needs, staffing or network load at the granularity operations require, incorporating seasonality, promotions and external signals, and present predictions as ranges rather than single numbers.

  2. 02

    Customer churn and lifetime value

Identify customers showing early signs of disengagement and estimate their future value, so retention and account teams can prioritize outreach with an understanding of the factors behind each score.

  3. 03

    Risk and fraud scoring

Score transactions, applications or claims for risk in real time, combining model output with rules and analyst review, and document model behavior to support model risk management expectations.

  4. 04

    Predictive maintenance

Use sensor, telematics and maintenance history data to estimate failure likelihood for vehicles, machines or infrastructure assets, helping planners schedule interventions before breakdowns disrupt operations.

Enfoque de ingeniería

  1. 01

    Frame the decision

Define the decision the prediction supports, the action it triggers, the relative cost of false positives and false negatives, and how success will be measured in business terms.

  2. 02

    Build reliable features

Develop feature pipelines on governed data using dbt, Spark or SQL, guard against leakage of future information, and register features for consistent use in training and serving.

  3. 03

    Train and validate rigorously

Compare baseline and advanced models with time-aware validation, examine performance across segments for bias, and apply explainability methods such as SHAP to make the drivers interpretable.

  4. 04

    Deploy into the workflow

Serve predictions in batch or real time through APIs, event streams or direct integration with CRM, ERP and planning tools, where users can act on them.

  5. 05

    Monitor and retrain

Track data drift, prediction quality and business outcomes, alert on degradation, and retrain through reproducible MLflow pipelines with documented approval before any new model is promoted.

Lo que preguntan los directivos

How much historical data do we need?

It depends on the problem, how often the predicted event occurs and how stable the underlying patterns are. Rather than quote a fixed threshold, we profile your data early, test whether a useful signal exists, and tell you plainly if the available history cannot yet support a reliable model.

Can business users understand why the model made a prediction?

Yes, to a useful degree. We use interpretable models where they perform adequately and apply explanation techniques such as SHAP to more complex ones, presenting the main factors behind each prediction in plain terms. Explanations describe model behavior, not causation, and we make that distinction clear to users.

What happens when conditions change?

Models degrade when the world they learned from changes. We monitor input distributions and prediction quality continuously, alert when either shifts beyond agreed limits, and maintain retraining pipelines so the model can be updated and revalidated. Major shifts may require reframing the problem, not only retraining the model.
