概览
Fleet operators rarely lack data; they lack software that fits how their operation actually runs. Off-the-shelf fleet tools cover generic needs well, but dispatch rules, service commitments, subcontractor networks and regulatory obligations are where operations differ, and where generic tools strain.
We build fleet and mobility applications on top of telematics and operational data: live maps, dispatch consoles, maintenance scheduling, partner portals and mobile apps for drivers and technicians, connected to ERP, TMS and billing systems through governed APIs.
业务应用
- 01
Dispatch and job assignment
Match jobs to vehicles and drivers using live location, skills, capacity and service windows, while dispatchers keep override authority and a clear record of why each assignment was made.
- 02
Location intelligence
Analyze dwell times, route adherence, site visits and coverage patterns over time, revealing where vehicles actually spend their hours and where geofences, territories or depot locations should change.
- 03
Maintenance and compliance tracking
Schedule preventive maintenance from mileage, engine hours or fault data, and track inspections, licenses and hours-of-service records so compliance evidence is ready before an auditor asks for it.
- 04
Partner and subcontractor operations
Extend fleet visibility to carriers, subcontractors and customers through scoped portals and APIs, so each party sees the vehicles, jobs and status updates relevant to them and nothing more.
工程方法
- 01
Shadow the operation
We spend time with dispatchers, drivers, technicians and managers to understand real workflows, exceptions and workarounds before proposing a single screen or data model.
- 02
Model the operational domain
Vehicles, assets, drivers, jobs, routes, depots and partners are modeled explicitly, with clear ownership and lifecycle states that reflect how the business really operates.
- 03
Integrate telematics and enterprise systems
Telematics feeds, ERP, TMS, HR and billing systems are connected through APIs and events, with an agreed system of record for each piece of information.
- 04
Build role-specific applications
Dispatch consoles, manager dashboards, driver apps and partner portals are designed for their users' context, whether that is a busy control room, a vehicle cab or a customer's office.
- 05
Release incrementally with feedback
We ship in slices that operations can use immediately, observe adoption and friction, and adjust before building the next capability on top of the last.

决策者关心的问题
Should we build fleet software or buy an existing platform?
Often the answer is both. Commercial fleet platforms handle commodity functions well. We typically recommend building where your operation differentiates, such as dispatch logic, partner workflows or customer experience, and integrating commercial tools elsewhere. An honest build-versus-buy analysis is part of our discovery work.
Can the software support mixed fleets and multiple telematics vendors?
Yes. We design a normalized vehicle and event model so the application layer does not depend on any single hardware provider. Each vendor feed is adapted at the integration boundary, which allows mixed fleets, acquisitions and hardware transitions without rebuilding the applications on top.
Do driver apps work offline?
Driver and technician apps are designed to work through coverage gaps. Job details, forms and proof-of-delivery captures are stored on the device and synchronized when connectivity returns, with conflict handling defined in advance so dispatch and field records stay consistent.
